Mango lassi is a delicious creamy drink originated in India with mango, butter milk or Laban and a little sugar depending upon the sweetness of your mango. For garnish you can sprinkle some nuts, dried fruits or mango pieces. It’s cool and refreshing for a hot summer day!

Directions
Wash, Peel and cut 2 ripe Mangos.
Add the diced Mangos, Sugar, butter milk or Laban to a blender and blend for 3 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached.
Transfer to a serving glass and garnish with chopped nuts, cut mango pieces or dried fruits. :)

TIPS:
- Use ripe mangos for a perfect taste
- if your mango is not very sweet you can add more sugar
